Individual Sessions
Standard Rate:
1 hour session - $40

Bulk Session Discount:
Ten 1 hour sessions - $380
Team Sessions
Standard Rate:
Max 16 people for 1 hour - $180
Sessions are tailored to the team's needs

Teams of more than 16 and/or require a longer duration are subject to an increased rate.
Phone Sessions
First 15 minutes are complimentary, then $5 per minute there after.
NOTE: Individual and Team Sessions are offered in-person for those located in San Jose, CA and online.
Submit your information below and include the service you are interested in along with any questions you may have.

Prior to individual sessions, you will be asked to fill out and submit a questionnaire.
Prior to team sessions, you will work with Kristen to agree upon the topic and goals of the session.

Available dates and times are limited as Kristen works in the NHL full-time. Time slots are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Payments can be made via cash or online (via Venmo) prior to the start of in-person sessions. All digital sessions will need to be paid online prior to the start of the session. Services provided by Kristen Berlo are not covered under medical insurance.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session time will be charged full price and cannot be rescheduled.
The services provided by Kristen Berlo are NOT a replacement for psychiatric care.
