How do I improve my mental performance?

To enhance your mental performance with H3 Performance, simply reach out to us to schedule your initial consultation. During this session, we will delve into your athletic goals, evaluate your current mental performance level, and create a tailored training program for your needs.

What is the duration of a typical session?

Our in-person sessions usually span approximately 30-60 minutes while digital sessions are held via Zoom and are maximum 40 minutes.

How do I schedule a complimentary consultation?

We offer a 30-minute complimentary digital consultation via Zoom. You can schedule your consultation HERE.

What can I expect during my consultation?

To start, we’d love to learn more about you! Following that, Coach Kristen will ask you a series of questions to gain a clearer understanding of your situation and the best next steps to take.

How much do your services cost?

We pride ourselves in being one of the more cost-efficient mental performance training programs. One-on-one sessions range between $40-$75. Team sessions and workshops begin at $250 and are subject to increased costs.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 4-hours in advance of a scheduled session. Any cancellations made within 4-hours of the scheduled session time will be charged full price and cannot be rescheduled.
